Refund policy

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests made within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the fragrance must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and untested. It must be returned in its original packaging, with any factory seal or cellophane intact when supplied, and with proof of purchase.

Contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances, opened body products, samples, decants, gift cards, final-sale items, or products damaged after delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly—preferably within 48 hours—with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Scent After Dark is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

EXCHANGES

For the fastest exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, cancellation is no longer available. Once delivered, eligible items may be returned according to the return policy above.
