SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States

Standard shipping costs $8 for orders under $200 and is free for orders of $200 or more. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, in addition to our 1–3 business day processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Because fragrances contain alcohol, certain orders may be restricted to ground transportation under carrier safety regulations. Expedited shipping may not be available for every order or destination.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs when an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR DELAYED ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page—preferably within 48 hours—with your order number and clear photographs.

Scent After Dark is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
